Order Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped.
  • To cancel, email us at sales@thearomaaisle.com with your order number.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged products.
  • Email us photos of the product and unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a refund.

Returns

Due to the nature of home and personal fragrances, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Return request is made within 3 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used oils, diffusers, or candles.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions.
